Jordan and Johnny in the Apple computer section provided us with outstanding service. They were professional, courteous, and humorous in explaining the differences between the various computers. They gave us multiple alternatives without pressuring us into any one specific product. They both had the technical expertise to help us determine which option was best for our situation. They showed great patience while we were making a decision and never rushed us or forgot that we were there. You just don't find this level of service everywhere and I highly complement them both on their assistance. If you allowed tips, I'd gladly offer one. You have great associates at this store who represent Best Buy at it's best. I know that when I need to replace my current system, I'd return here to have them help me. Thank you Jordan and Johnny for your outstanding service.

Ordered a mac online since I couldn't find my old one but found it again so went to this store to return it with the package not been opened. Being asked if any the problem with it said no and just don't need it anymore. The employee repeated my answer and pointed a finger at me said don't order online! Then she turned around and walked away. I felt so embarrassing and disrespectful. It's funny the company takes so much effort to promote online store but the employee doesn't share the same value. Maybe they should allow online return so I don't have to be lectured by face.

Sunday evening, myself and boyfriend went into the South Point location with the intention of browsing. We had been discussing the possibility of purchasing another TV for our home but were in no hurry. We had the pleasure of being assisted by two associates Reuben and Josh R while looking at the televisions who made it a no brainer in regard to purchasing our 4K television. The two associates took an hour of their time to discuss with us the difference in all of the models that we were interested in, they were able to help us narrow down the right brand and type for our home by not only what we liked but what would be best for our living space, and product longevity. My partner and self had many questions to ask and they both worked so well as a team to answer them all. They were extremely knowledgeable and made us feel so much smarter about what we were buying. There was no pressure, the way they reassured us with answers on the TV, the product sold itself. At the end they helped us understand our financing options, we chose our tv, purchased and they took it to our vehicle for us. We couldn’t be happier with our brand new TV or our Best Buy experience with these two experts. Ask for Josh R and Reuben whenever you’re ready to upgrade TV.
