Popped in to see if I could get a brand name audio product from them vs buying unseen from one of the popular online audio gear sites. In no time, and with good product knowledge and friendliness, they had me hooked up with not one, but two units at a better than advertised price. Looking forward to the units arriving and doing more business with the pros at Intelligent Electronics. Note the business is more about total home theater solutions and whole house audio, so don't expect racks of in-stock audio gear. I knew the product line was one they handle, so super smooth for me -

Dan and his guys are amazing! They make great recommendations while working within your budget. Very high attention to detail and making certain everything works perfectly. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced!!! Recommend them without any hesitation at all.

Went to Intelligent Electronics to create our theater room in our new house. We had an excellent experience from working with Ed in their showroom.. making selections.. delivery updates.. to the installation in our home! I had researched many items on the internet to get the best product possible at a reasonable price. The prices at Intelligent Electronics were more than fair plus came with their service and protection behind it. Many of the horror stories about theater seating on the internet were all due to poor customer service and non-responsiveness to warranty issues. Not something you want to experience with this type of investment. The comfort in knowing Intelligent Electronics would handle it for me was well worth it - not to mention their knowledge of the products and understanding of our needs - all combined to keep us within budget yet create VERY PLEASED customers. Highly recommended!!! Ed and John were superb and professional!!!

These guys helped me choose home theater equipment which I still love to this day. Great service!!!! I had a bulb on my projector burn out early (but out of warranty). They went to bat for me with the manufacturer and got me a replacement for free. You won't get that level of service at Best Buy. I would go back to these guys in a second.

As an avid audio/videophile, having a relationship with a good stereo shop is actually a big deal. I met Dan, the owner of Intelligent Electronics, through a friend and I have to say I'm very impressed. He's helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he loves this stuff as much as I do. As a plus, the tech he sent out was incredible. I highly recommend.
