Best Buy

My brand new fridge had been previously sold 4 years ago and is broke Bought a refrigerator and a stove from Best Buy in March. The refrigerator was open box and said it was returned for a small dent on the side. It was too good to be true. A month later it broke. When we called, the individual over the phone told us our fridge had been sold 4 years ago for similar reasons. Best buy won't let us return it and now we're stuck with it. Second time they've gotten us with bait and switch. The first time was with a computer which you guessed it, broke just outside the window of returning it. When we tried to use the warranty on it they said we had to pay for the shipping of it to the geek repair facility.

So far this store have always been clean and organize. Was able to find merchandise I needed fast and to ask questions to make sure I was buying the product compatible with my S9 phone.. Check out was painless and fast.

I went into BB on Mothers Day to purchase my Gift I had a great experience. The moment I got to the electronics section someone greeted myself and my daughter and answered all questions we had . Unfortunately I give it four stars because they did not have the product I was interested in purchasing. It did not take long to put in the order for the device which will arrive in 2 days. I was out of the store in less than 20 min. I would like to thank the store reps for all of your help and insight. I am currently about un unbox my Mothers Day Gift. :)

Clean and friendly staff. Lots of selections. We bought a fridge from this location and the delivery men were wonderful. They were careful not to scuff our floors, walls, and doors.

Love Best Buy price match and always good sales. Friendly staff. Not always as knowledgeable but will help you find an answer. Fayetteville store isn't as big as others I have been to but definitely serves its purpose. Best Buy is the Best for electronic purchases in a physical store. Management here is also great and maybe best I have dealt with in a Best Buy store.
