Bragg Computer Store

Very horrible place my husband told me about it last year and we bought a android box for 200 dollars the people there said it has a lifetime warranty. The store went from being open allday to appointments only via text or call. I called and reported a problem by text the worker said for me to drop my box off the will fix it. So I dropped my box off off Feb 6th. 1st i was told I would revive a call when my box was ready. I had to call and text them I was told they forgot to reach out I'm getting another one ordered then I waited for a few weeks, sent another text I was given the run around for 2 days followed now by no response when I text or call it's been a month and we are 200 dollars out of a product and still haven't been reached out too. This place is shady and a scam they use a Google voice number to call and text do not go to them you will be ripped off

Extremely illegitimate business. The owner offers a service with an extremely innacurate timeline for return on service. Dropped a laptop i use for my business here for a “easy” repair only to be continuously stalled with inadequate reasons leading up to no response at all for several calls and texts. Long story short I’m swindled out of a 1500$ laptop all the while losing a total of 1800$ from two weeks ago due to employer incompetence. only option at receiving service at this point is through litigation. Steer clear of this “business”.

My roommate and I dropped her computer over 4 weeks ago to see how much it was worth. After that point they would not answer their phones, they were never opened and dodging calls. Today I walk in and the woman working has no idea about the laptop, is struggling to get in touch with ‘the man whose business this is’, and just wants me to text him or come back tomorrow. I made it very clear i was not leaving without the 1,200$ laptop in hand. I then made it clear I would just call the Spring Lake PD and they could come down and get the laptop for us. For 30 minutes they tried to play games and have me come back. I even texted this gentleman (the number I was given to reach him) and made it clear I was going to be contacting the police if the laptop was not returned. He has no business etiquette. 4+ weeks and you are going to try and avoid your business? And to add salt to the wound there’s a gentleman whose been there waiting on him for days as well. This business needs to be closed. I will NEVER return and I warn ALL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY! HE WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR PROPERTY AND PRAY YOU FORGET IT. Until it was VERY CLEAR that I was about to phone the police if this wasn’t resolved (I was looking up the department number) when he decided he knew where it was (in store) and gave it to me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS BUSINESS!

Theytiik care of my cellphone. Right away. So i bring all my electrinucs....great service. Give 5 stars . and refer all my people to this business
