Best Buy

been to a few Best Buys in the past. This store however still holds true to the fundamentals, putting customers needs first and treating us without h respect. They don't just stand around in a huddle. They actually make and effort to assist you.Thank you guys/girls keep up the good works. we notice.

Went in on weekend, was able to get immediate service. They didn't have what I wanted in stock, but was able to order it and received it 2 days later.

Tried to make an exchange for a product purchased that stopped working in less than 25 days. They told me to call the manufacturer 1-800 number and sent me packing. Best Buy has to have the worst customer care of any retailer! Won’t ever buy another product there again...

Some employees are nice and helpful. Most (mainly the ones on the floor) are pretty rude. I shop here very frequently, always spend a couple of hundred dollars every trip. Most employees act like it's a huge inconvenience to do anything. If there were any other locations closer to me, id not step foot back into this one. Good location, ok prices. Just some of the employees need to be reminded that not everyone is trying to steal or be rude. I always walk In go straight to what I need proceed to checkout. Sometimes I'll check the clearance sections. I'd really rather not have to go in this store but no where else around here sells what I need.

I have always had someone knowledgably help me when i was looking for something. Although most of the time I can find what I am looking for, if I look like I am trying to find something a sales representative will stop and ask if they can help. Love shopping here.
