Best Buy

Best Buy is one of those stores everyone needs at some point or another. I personally like the individual service you can receive if you have a question about a certain item and the geek squad service. When your computer is in a bind, this is definitely the place to bring your hardware. Thanks for saving me a many of time! The credit card has a decent reward incentive attached to it as well.

I am a Best Buy employee in another state and I only make purchases at my home store. In search for a nice gift for my mother for mother's day my husband and I decided to get her a sound bar, imma just say this, racial profiling is not ok. Just because 80% percent of your customer is another race does not mean that they get better treatment than the other 20%. I love Best Buy and I am proud when I tell people who my employer is but I will not be quite about what I witnessed today. Lets talk about what's possible for a positive change for this store location.

Great Customer Service... that is until you ask the greeter a question about any merchandise. They give you a dumb look and direct you to that particular section and tell you to ask the person in that section. How's about training your greeters better.

Best Buy is well...Best Buy people are always willing to help you but mostly because they want to sell a bbn product (which is fine). However the staff doesn't seem well trained on the items they hold in store , I asked about a specific laptop with specific specific as tons (ram, storage, processor) and the employee had to go online and see if it was in store (which honestly mb I could have done). Nevertheless I have to it had a bad experience . Its just normal chain electronic store .

I went to compare prices on a washer and dryer that I had seen at another store. The deal I got at Best Buy was so good that I bought the set right then. Antione and Vanallen were very helpful in answering my questions and making sure I got all the extra pieces I needed. They also let me pick my delivery day and time. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
