Best Buy

The guys here were great. I came in looking for a laptop and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. They helped me narrow down my options and determine what was going to be best for the right price. They were a little short staffed but I was still happy with the knowledge the employees had.

Had to find a laptop power cord. Was welcomed at the door. Immediately offered help and directions. Someone quickly met me at the appointed place. Found my needed device and promptly checked me out. A binus he told me the price guarantee which made me smile.

I just love Best Buy... Just about all Best Buy stores. Love that they price match 👍

I will never buy another appliance from this store again! Delivery was changed in their end 3 times, they show up in the original delivery date while I’m at work, can’t even take my old dishwasher away because I wasn’t expecting them. So I have a dishwasher sitting in the middle of my living room for 2 days. They finally come pick up the old. Delivery guys were not exactly rude but they also barely spoke a word to me and it was like I asked them to kill their dog when I asked them to inbox my new dishwasher and put it in the kitchen. When I called to complain I was told it was my fault because I canceled my first order and went with a different dishwasher, then when I called again, since I was getting emails daily saying someone was in the way to my house for the hail away, which at this point had already been done, the girl who answered the phone said “since we just opened the manager is busy but said he’ll call you back when he feels like it.” Apparently he never felt like it because I never got a call back and customer support was no help either! I’ll stick with Lowe’s from now on!
