Best Buy

For being one of the smaller Best buys I have shopped at I always seem to find what I need. The Employees are very helpful and Knowledgeable. Rey who works in Home Theater is especially helpful he goes out of his way to find the best solution he can to what ever you need help in.

I don't know if I should expect it at Best Buy but I walked around the store for a min being lost and not getting any help. Even though I walked past a couple employees. After I did approach an employee he was very nice and helped me find what I needed. I seemed a little rushed like he needed to get back to he conversation with his friends. Other then that though a good store with the things you would expect a Best Buy to have.

Came in a time or three looking at phone options and there was a specific individual whose name escapes me now who won best buy this five star rating. He is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever spoken to about cellular devices and the plans attached to them. He was an amazing help figuring out which plan my girlfriend and I were going to use for our phone plans and which devices to choose.

It has the furnishings of a typical Best Buy store. Be sure to do your homework before you go in to make sure the salespeople are correct in their advice. Most of all don't forget about price matching. I think they'll even match online retailers if I"m correct, which can mean big savings.

They have helped with our computer problems each time and have been awesome. It is so nice to talk to some one who knows what they are talking about. Thank you Best Buy.
