Best Buy

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is always well stocked with the latest merchandise and their prices are competitive. The is very clean every time I come here and the AP by the name Aaron Cain Hall is very helpful every time I have a question and seems like a very polite young man. I highly recommend this store.

Purchased our hoverboard seat attachment online and had it sent for in store pick up. Was really easy! I walked up showed her my email and she just turned around to grab it. Took me less time than had I walked in, gone to its location, and checked out. Friendly employee that made sure I was taken care of and could carry it to my car.

Have lived in Wilmington since 2004, spend $1000s at this specific location. Yesterday, went to buy a projector and the sales man talked us out of it. Had more errands to run so left a car at Best Buy. My vehicle was left over night, less than 12 hours. Best Buy had it towed by the oh so loved Earls.

I stopped in to the Best Buy in Wilmington to switch to AT&T prepaid after spending too much for Verizon with less data 2 years after my contract was up. Brody set up my new phone and switched all my contacts, photos, and texts from my old phone to my new phone. He was very helpful; he found a way for me to save $50 on the new phone, told me how to save $5 per month on my new plan by using autodraft, and had me out of the store in 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and an asset to Best Buy.

I got in a bind and needed a computer quickly. Bought a $600 one from this outfit. Terrible... they refused to do anything about it. Told me to call Dell. They need to change their name to "Worst Buy" . That would be the only honest thing to do. STAY AWAY!
