Best Buy

This place has a very bad lack of communication. I ordered a simple iPhone 6 cover. Got confirmation message st 5am that it was in stock, they received it and it’ll take only 45 minutes to get it then they would sent a different confirmation email. Never got an email from them that a simple phone cover that was stock was ready for pick up. I also had a laptop that was dropped off at Greek squad for repair. Geek squad associate mentioned it could be back in a week and they would call us to have it picked up. A week later...NO call. Almost 2 weeks after the 1 week, suddenly they have it...but I had to call FIRST!.

Went there the night before about an hour before they closed to buy a small appliance. We found the one we wanted and realized I didn't have my wallet. Didn't want to go back home and come back right as they closed so I figured I come back the next morning. When I went back it was no longer on sale. I talked to the manager on duty Jake. He remembered us from the prior night and helped us by price matching. Very good customer service by Jake and the Best Buy employees that helped.

The Geek Squad was great. They got my computer back to me in a timely manner and the repairs were done properly.

HORRIBLE and DISORGANIZED! Avoid this particular best buy, just avoid. I took a PC in to be repaired and it could not be. It was pretty inflated for the transfer fee, etc, but whatever. No one called me for updates or anything, let me also stress this b/c i've had to call them for everything and all they do is fumble before finding you in the system. I ended up having to order a new PC & got a partial refund b/c they could not fix my machine..I bought a new machine and was awaiting for the arrival. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. So again, I call them and now they are actually LOOKING for my new order!???? ----> *editing to say that they found it and they are taking care of it - still was pretty concerning

A best buy associate was very helpful in getting some movies to watch, and a much needed san disk memory card.
