Best Buy

went in here looking for the tile squares to help locate lost keys. While closely examining/comparing the two available models it became apparent that the employees thought i was more interested in stealing the devices. The overwhelming harassment by their presence within an uncomfortable distance began immediately with 4-6 of them asking if i needed help within a 45 second time span. I am just curious if they treat every person who came in to spend over $2,000 on a new MacBook this way. Very unwelcoming/unprofessional presence!

Needed a charger for my apple watch. They were in stock and the sales person walked me to the product and took to the cashier for me. The whole process took about 5 minutes. Very satisfied.

I had looked at a TV on the Best Buy website and decided to buy it. When I got there 2 hours later the price had gone up $30.00! I cam back to my office and got my laptop which still had the screen up with the lower price and went back to the store. One of the managers, Jeremy Gillikin, said "No problem! We'll refund you the difference." I was in and out in less than ten minutes with no hassle at all. Refreshing to see a store and personnel focused on SERVICE!! Jeremy is to be commended for his response and I would encourage anyone looking for a great shopping experience to use this Best Buy.

Fun store to browse, but their prices are not competitive. Nice staff
