Honestly one of the easiest places to deal with. The kept me informed of everything that was happening at all times. Work was done to my laptop in an expedited manner. Also every one here is friendly and willing to help you in whatever way you need! I highly recommend them. There prices for the work they did in a short amount of time was reasonable. They are not too expensive at all!!!

The guys were very nice both on the phone and in person. However, your personal politics aside, the storefront is plastered with far right propaganda, comparing democrats to nazis and drug-lords, among other things. They also tried to sell me the wrong product, even though there are no returns on opened packages. Personally, I won't be back.

Superb service from Jayme. Great at staying in contact, and gracious enough to answer my numerous questions. I'd happily recommend Thunder Road for repairs and parts.

These guys always take care of my computer issues for decent fees. Very helpful. Very conscious of calling to provide estimate before starting repairs. We have used them for years and always get best service.

Extremely helpful, they have a good selection of products and will order you anything you need that they don't have in stock. Professional service, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Thunder Road to anyone who needs parts of repairs for their computer.
