Best Buy

Will never ever shop from Best Buy again. Between the kids they hire rather talk about whatever instead of helping customers and the management with a attitude when price matching I’m surprised they are in business. Not the first time but will be my last time in any of their stores. Spend less and get more online for same products.

I would give this store a -1, but that was not an option. I was looking at wireless earbuds, was approached at minimum every 1-2 minutes by staff as I was researching different options on my cell phone. I felt as if I was almost a targeted as a shoplifter. Now to be clear, I made it clear to the staff that I didn’t want help. I like to research my purchases and make a decision informed on my obtained information, not some trash that staff tries to feed me (its happened before). After about 8 minutes looking at the different options and relentless approaches from the staff, I put down the product and left the store. What an uncomfortable situation. And by the way, I’m not a big fan of Amazon, but I can now see why consumers are leaving a store like this one. Shop with no pressure and make a decision based upon your time line and comfort level regarding the product. What a TERRIBLE experience.

Geek squad explained everything, then I decided on new tablet, they help pick out the one that suited my needs. Great crew.

It's Best Buy, they usually have what you need or a close alternative, typically good helpful staff, prices go hand in hand with convenience.

Best Buy is a good place to get into trouble if you don't know what you are looking for. They always have a great selection of all electronics at a great price
