The overall store experience was "ok". it was the sales associate Teri that deserves full credit for my shopping experience. She was very knowledgeable,  professional, and patient to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my mobile phone purchase.

Went there to look at fridges. The sales people were helpful but not pushy. Also gave me information about a service they provide that I never knew about.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful customer service at the Matthews location. I just moved to Steele Creek, and both times that I have been to this location I’ve been treated like the Home Theater associates couldn’t wait to be done with me. I imagine I’ll make the trek to Matthews the next time I need to go to a Best Buy.

Just can't convince me to like this store. They will tell you if you proceed to go out the in door. I prefer Office Depot.
