Best Buy

I've been at this Best Buy several times and every time has been very good. Customer service has been excellent and everything is clean and very organized. I have bought several electrics devices here and never had had any issue with the devices. Also when asking questions about new devices they very helpful. Last time that I bought a 4k TV they looked at other stores and If they see a lower price they lower the price to match it. Don't hesitate to ask for this option when going by this or any other Best Buy store!

This Best Buy is smaller than the other Best Buy stores I've visited and shopped at, so a smaller store means a smaller selection or inventory. I bought a SiriusXM unit for my vehicle and had it installed here. The gentleman who installed the unit did a great job. I've had no issues with the unit in the month since it was installed. I went with 4 instead of 5 because I bought the unit and scheduled it for install. I dropped my car off and was told that they did not have one of the cables they needed to install it. They had to order the part, which took a week, and I had to make arrangements to drop my car off again. My advice is to make sure they have everything they need for the install when you schedule the installation. Once you have SiriusXM you set it to channel 88 and leave it!

Always a wonderful experience visiting this Best Buy. I walked in and went to the section of my choosing and I was immediately helped. The associate not only located what I was looking for but he explained the benefit of it. I also had a question about purchasing a new wireless headset and he was able to provide details on the pros and cons of 3 different sets.

Very clean store. Was a bit busy but we had several very nice associates willing to help us out. They were very nice when our toddler approached them for a first bump.
