The gentlemen that helped us with buying my new tv was fabulous! He def knew everything about all the models, took the time to explain and answer questions and gave us 110% of his attention. Great customer service

Absolutely incompetent staff this visit. I purchased a solid state hard drive, for in store pickup. Spend an hour driving back and forth to the store, and discover once home that my Samsung SSD hard drive actually has...ONE OF THEIR GEEK SQUAD CUSTOMER’S Hard drives in the box!! They had sold me an unsealed box with their customer drive and data in it! But I’m the one that had to make a SECOND one hour round trip, to return that drive, for a refund, AND THEN I had to to drive another full hour to buy the correct drive, at another distant location. All I got was an apology. Well that’s nice. More than 2 hours of MY day wasted due to YOUR incompetence. Unbelievable!

Terrible service. Could not get anyone to help me so I went up to the service desk and asked for assistance. He said he would get someone. Waited and waited, no service. I counted 5 staff. Of the 5, 4 were at the service desks. Which left one person to help all customers to in the store. Ridiculous!!! I will get stereo system some where else.

I worked here 7 years ago under a different general manager. The same manager who is at the concord mills location. The service used to be fantastic. I’m not even sure why I go to this location other than the convenience. This time they wouldn’t even combine my gift cards. Which I had done right after Christmas at the concord mills location. It feels like this location doesn’t even care to be around anymore.

Poor customer service. Got a phone here through their mobile department. Was ensured my phone would be work $350 on trade in. We specifically covered the damage to my phone. Jackson ensured me as long as it powered on and the screen worked it would be fine. Well got to Verizon and they kept the phone and didn’t give me anything for it. So I am out a phone worth about 450-500 because the store agent told me that it would be fine. Contacted the store who told me they would reach out to their agent and would take care of me. Went back two weeks later because they still had not contacted me back. Told me that I would get a gift card and Verizon would do something as well but didn’t have amounts or details. Was told I would get a call back Monday or Tuesday. Stopped by store the following Saturday since still have not heard anything. And they didn’t call back as promised. Just keep getting the run around. HORRIBLE Customer SERVICE!!!! Don’t deal with these people on your mobile needs. They will tell you anything to get you to buy from them.
