Security is mindful, staff is friendly and helpful. Tons of people with tons of knowledge at your beckon call. Only gripe: prices are often incorrect and can either be higher or lower. They will honor the correct price if higher, and give you the discount if lower, but still.

Morgan and Rob at the East Asheville store were so very helpful. They both went above and beyond answering all my questions and taking the time to find the best product and price for me. These young gentlemen provided me with customer service that I thought was a lost skill. Thank you Rob in the phone section and Morgan in the computer section.

The employees are amazing and the customer service is fantastic. But the policies of the company overall leave a taste of disdain. Foremost repairs you have to send your device off and it takes more than 2 weeks for repair.

I went here to try and figure out how to setup a surveillance and intercom system for my Mom while I took care of her. Sadly I almost cheaped out and bought a ~$300 8 camera system w/ intercoms and receiver. Little did I know I had to wire each camera to the receiver. The employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable and even had some security cameras he was recommending at his house. So I was able to verify the quality instantly when he showed me on his phone. I decided to spend a bit more and got a wireless & battery powered system .... which really turned out to save me way more time & money. I called a few contractors to get a quote on wiring 8 security cameras and it was almost $1000. If they put the wires in the walls it is so expensive.

Overall friendly staff willing to approach & ask if they could help. The associate in computers wasn't engaged, kept yawning & talking to another staff member while assisting me.
