Best Buy

Bought a great computer from here hp spectre with 3 year warranty if you even get a scratch you can bring it in and they will fix it and if they cant they will replace the computer. Also got a new hard drive. Thanks again best buy. Great staff service with patience.

Burrito was cold. People that work there are... Nice but don't know what their menu consists of. They don't seem like they know what they're doing and all they have to do is fill a tortilla and take my money. Speaking of which. It was 30$ for 2 burritos and 2 drinks. I don't expect this place to last very long.

People are very knowledgeable and friendly here and if you need something immediately or installed in your vehicle, this is the place to go. But be prepared, it's EXPENSIVE. And sometimes, you need to ask questions, see the selection in physical form, to interact with a person who knows the options. This is why you go to Best Buy

Had an issue with a gift card, which the manager at the tunnel road location could not help with. Decided to try best buy in Arden where Josh and the rest of staff at the store pickup area were immediately friendly and helpful, and was able to resolve my issue in 2 minutes without any hassle. Customer service seems to be a priority at this Arden location, so i will continue to use the 'buy online pickup at store' option for future purchases.
