I love the people at IRMS Livingston and Clark locations. The doctors, nurses, ladies at the front desk and the ladies that take my blood are exceptional. My nurse Anne is a God send she is warm, nurturing and patient. This is my husband and I first rodeo of IVF and I have questions to better understand the process, Anne answers them all.

The whole infertility process is very intimidating, and there's a lot of paperwork and hoops to jump through in the beginning. The whole team at IRMS was so understanding and helpful throughout our journey. I worked with Dr. Chen and my nurse Anne, both of whom are warm and patient, answering all my phone calls and emails. I had a couple procedures done with Dr. Hessler as well, who was amazing and very gentle. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and professional. The dedication these professionals display is outstanding. They are there all the time; weekends, inclement weather, holidays...we recently visited with our now three month old perfect daughter and the entire office staff came out to say hello. It was a wonderful reunion, and I'm so grateful to this whole practice.

Go elsewhere!! 2 nurses I had assigned to be are the worst....rude and no manners towards myself and trying to conceibe...they don't help you and Nurse Ann Shram and Nurse Jackie their names....if you get them, request to have a new nurse..People tell you stress is the worst when trying to conceive and they do nothing but that. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude I can't stress it enough. Steer clear of this place all together, because I'm sure it's not the 2 nurses that I got that are horrible. My husband can't believe how they treat us either....this clinic also failed to prevent authorize my med so I never got them last month....so I had to put evernthing on hold for a month...who want's to do that when trying for a baby?.....noone...bUT this staff doesn't care about that.

Going through infertility treatments is a highly emotional experience. The staff, nurses and doctors truly went the extra mile for me during my time there. After choosing them for our infertility clinic, my husband and I have been blessed with two children. I would choose them again.

We are so thankful to the entire IRMS team and Dr. Thompson - they are exceptional! Their expertise, the level of care, the coordination of the entire team (nurses, billing/insurance, reception, and the amazing Dr. T) - to make a difficult process as easy and successful as possible - makes them the best decision my husband and I ever made!!
