Literally the "cattle call" of fertility clinics! You will wait in line stretching out the clinic door during monitoring, and often be late for work or sent to another clinic 40 minutes away if the waiting room is too packed. I was with RMANJ for 2 years, trying to conceive and going through the process. Not only was I repeatedly given very different information from different doctors, but I was ridiculed when I questioned the disparity in their remarks. The ultimate shock was when I received a casual phone call, mid-workday, and was delivered the worst news I could ever imagine: none of my eggs could be used. No warning, no followup, just devastating news during the most important work event of the year for my company. The CEO of my company was standing behind me during this news. My patient privacy disappeared, due to the fact that I completely broke down and had to explain my sadness to my company. It was humiliating, and it put my job in jeopardy because I couldn't attend any meetings the rest of the day and my company was now aware of my desire to have children. Every career woman knows that it can be career suicide when your company discovers you are trying to conceive. Afterwards, nobody from RMANJ followed up until I wrote a letter to their customer service department. Over a week later, I received a phone call stating I had "received adequate medical service from RMANJ and they felt they had no responsibility to deliver devastating news in a pre-planned manner". If I could turn back time, I would have chosen a smaller clinic with more personal service. This was a $35k mistake. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! Find another clinic, any other clinic is better than this Wal-Mart of fertility.

Stay away from this place. Very impersonal service. Purely an assembly line operation. The staff is totally overworked and treat you like a number. Terrible experience at the Basking Ridge location.
