Everyone I had interaction with that day and other employees helping others, were very efficient and friendly. And i did not wait long at all. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. If necessary for me to have other tests done, New Jersey Imaging Network in union nj will be my place of choice. I highly recommend everyone to make the same choice.

I am claustrophobic and I’m not comfortable being in the MRI machine but Anthony the technician was understanding. He informed me that it would be a 20 minute process if I stayed still. He also let me know the interval of the images. It was still difficult but I was able to push pass an episode because of Anthony. I made sure to take note of his name because of his compassion for me. Not only am I claustrophobic, I am asthmatic. Thank you Anthony.

Everything went smoothly with my CTscan yesterday. I did not have to wait to be seen and the front desk people did a quick job too. Probably because it was 2:30 pm Saturday and there were only 4 people in the reception area. I had some not so good experience in the past with this Union Imaging location. Hopefully, yesterday's commendable experience will continue. Thanks.

Awesome staff. Michelle, Neil and Rafaela were all so awesome, friendly and made the experience comfortable and welcoming. The only suggestion is the MRI tunnel and equipment could use a good wipe down. But other than that this place is definitely reliable, convenient and professional. I'd definitely go back, thanks to the staff. Good experience.

Very professional. Nice and courteous. The only one problem. I had my 10 year old daughter. I told them about. And I was told no problem. I didn't like leaving her in the waiting room. Other than that. It was a pleasure.
