Almost every doctor in there should be sued. Had a doctor appointment for pain throughout my body, they was supposed to make my appointment with a specialist, here it is two weeks later still in pain and no appointment. They have me on hold right now and this is my second time calling today but I have called more the ten times within these past two weeks. This is CRAZY! No one should be treated like this from a health center. They can just give me the number and I'll call myself since they have more important things to do the worry about someone's health. I have to find another doctor's office because these people here are so unprofessional.

This place is a serious joke. Doctor was good, but the customer service lack of professionalism will make you upset and good luck trying to talk to a human being when you call. I got an appointment that I cancelled and reschedule for another day. When I showed up to the rescheduled appointment they told me I didn’t have any appointment for that day and that I was marked as “non show” for the other one I’ve cancelled. Whoever I spoked to cancel my previous appointment not only she didn’t put it in the system, BUT didn’t cancelled the first one. I missed half of a working day in there for nothing. Today I got one appointment and no a person not a system service has contacted me to confirm it. Spent the whole day calling to confirm. Finally, by 3pm I got someone on the phone. The appointment is at 5:30pm. No one told me I needed to be there a 5pm to fill up some papers. Last change they have with me.

My daughters pediatrician is here and she is wonderful, other than that I really hate coming. When my daughter has a doctor appointment I know it's a full day process. I get here a half hour before her appointment and we aren't seen until two hours later. The whole thing takes about five hours. The dentist is even worse. I'm always waiting two or three hours to be seen. With that being said I feel the staff is friendly and the building is clean.

I visited this clinic twice and it's not totally organize! I had to go back and forth for the registration. I only need a flu shot which is MMR2 shot that can only take less than 5-10minutes. What I need is a nurse to do it not a doctor but the waiting time is totally horrible, literally 2 hours. You have to follow up your name to the front desk employees in order for them to call your name. This one guy was on his Instagram while working on the computer with tons of patients waiting.

I never have any problems and all the pediatrician are very good.
