I went in for a ultrasound guided breast biopsy today in the Clifton office. I was very happy with the care and attention of all the staff. They made me feel very comfortable and eased all my worries as I was nervous about the procedure and possible pain. They answered all of my questions and concerns with great kindness. The doctor and ultrasound technician were both upbeat and kept it lighthearted to ease any of my nervousness and they were both kind and gentle throughout the procedure. The mammogram staff was also wonderful, both gentle and caring as they took the mammo to check if biopsy was done in correct position. Overall a wonderful experience in a procedure most people worry over. I would definitely recommend New Jersey Imaging Network to anyone having these tests done. Now just praying results are good news not bad.

The best assistance hands down. Great experience I believe I would become the most healthier & live my best healthier life getting the assistance I am getting here. Really know what you guys are doing & very appreciative.

The service was great, technician was awesome ... only complaint is for the person in charge of the authorization. She called me the morning of my exam and she rudely told me I either had to pay out of pocket or cancel my appointment, she actually cancelled my appointment without letting me call my insurance first. Once I called my insurance company they approved my MRI, I had to call back and get rescheduled. Thanks to her rudeness I will not chose this place again, it was unnecessary attitude received from her. Other than this particular person, everyone else was great and very professional. I just hope your exam doesn’t get denied and you have to deal with her.

I was taken care of quickly.
The front desk was pleasant and efficient.
The ultra scan technician asked many important history questions and explained the ultrasound.
I asked for a CD of the ultrasound and it was
Finished in 5 min.
The experience was good.
I will return if other scans are needed in the future.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with smiles from all the receptionists. They were kind and courteous especially the receptionist Ellen who helped me out. Ellen even went as far as shaking my hand and wished me a happy birthday. Today 3/6 is my birthday and my appointment. Thanks Ellen
