Dr. Ziegler is a wonderful doctor. Very professional and personable. From the very beginning he explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He did two surgeries on me for a uterine septum and both could not have gone any better. I would recommend him to anyone.

Nurses monitored IVF medication schedule and ultrasounds. On day 7,it was March 9,2017 nurse recorded 9 mature follicles sized 20mm,19mm,17mm, 17mm,16mm and estradiol was perfect as 2197. It was told to wait for a decision of Dr Ziegler about hCG injection, however Dr Ziegler was not available. March 7,2017 Dr Ziegler posted a photo in Facebook about his Iceland trip and pleasures commenting "Just back from Iceland.. Glacier cave, Northern lights, and blue lagoon... awesome !!!" Initially, it was 5 minute counseling with Dr Ziegler with a presence of male medical student. Dr Ziegler said " I`ll give you birth control pills to suppress cells, then FSH injection to stimulate cells until 15-20 appear.I will give you anesthesia,you won`t feel anything." Dr Ziegler also gave IVF Stimulation Overview that you will be instructed to take hCG when 2-3 mature follicles are seen. IVF protocol of Dr Ziegler did not work. Dr Z was present in a day of egg retrieval when he asked "Do you remember my name?" Because of delayed hCG injection estradiol was 4019 with mature follicles 21mm,20mm,19mm, 18 mm. After injection estradiol was 5409:high estradiol is not only dangerous for health, but it produces poor quality embryos. This caused ovarian hyper-stimulation: it was difficult and painful to move or walk in that condition. It was not told that after painful egg retrieval vomiting during all day is usual.No one warns you about the bloating. Nurse delivered a message written by Dr Ziegler: "Congratulations,you have 27 “perfectly fertilized” embryos!” and the receptionist charged for ICSI. There was no opportunity to talk to an embryologist to see if those embryos really existed or not, everything was controlled by Dr Ziegler who did not invite in lab of embryology to show those embryos, however recollection of the signatures for having 5 and destroying 22 embryos was necessary part before fresh embryo transfer while I was waiting inside of procedure room having 20 oz water in bladder. Unethical!!! Dr Ziegler performed unskillful fresh embryo transfer, he was shaking the catheter the way might play a hokey in his Facebook photos and directed to nurse to change ultrasound direction . 2 embroys applied only and 3 other was saved for FET cycle. Negative pregnancy result was not reported in internet portal until you call up and ask about it. On my question to nurse that what to do to start FET cycle the answer was “ counseling”. Counseling was 3 minutes, doctor provided 1 printed page about ERA, mentioned about new payments for ERA. ERA was not part of IVF as it was introduced with tricky words " endometrial receptivity mock cycle" and it negatively effected on the survivor of cryo preserved embryos since FET cycle was canceled for months. It was not enough that 17,000.00 was drained for IVF , Dr Ziegler charged additional 2000 for ERA with painful biopsy. Endometrial biopsy was applied with sharp plastic catheter, 1"x 2" x 1" bulk tissue was scratched barbarically from inside of endometrium resulting to pains and high fever for weeks, no antibiotics were prescribed. It was HUGE MISTAKE to trust a doctor who was irresponsible from beginning- no prescription was given for diagnostic tests.On my question to Dr Ziegler why it was not used 3 embryos during fresh cycle, he answered that there were no 3 embryos, however it was given to sign a paper for having 5 embryos. Do not trust this unprofessional. His receptionist demanded double payments for FET cycle yelling: What can I do,your name in computer! Run from this unprofessional -money motivated,dishonest guy!

We were released from Dr. Ziegler's care about 4 weeks ago because WE ARE PREGNANT!!! I miss seeing him and the staff on our weekly visits. I've never had a DR. with such amazing bed-side manner. When my husband went on our initial consult, we left there knowing this was the practice we wanted to go with. Why? Because at the end of our visit, Dr. Ziegler didn't hold out his hand to shake hands good-bye, he held out his arms and gave me the most supportive hug. I left there feeling like he genuinely cared about us. His demeanor never changed from our first visit til our last, he shows you that he cares. You are not just another number to him, you are someone important. We will always look back at this time in our lives and be filled with the most loving memories. This is where our miracle took place. Thank you to Dr. Ziegler and the staff for always smiling, offering a hug of support and encouraging us along the way. - Chadd & Malissa Smith

Dr. Zeigler and his staff are incredible! I've never experienced a doctor with so much sincerity and patience. He was never satisfied with his explanations until he knew i understood what he was saying. I would highly recommend his practice!

Dr. Ziegler and his staff were awesome! Every appointment doctor treated me like part of the family and helped me understand every step of the process. His staff was very helpful and respectful. All my emails were responsed to in a timely matter and every call the nurses were caring and answered all my questions. I had problems with my insurance provider and the surgical coordinator did not stop calling them until we got the correct information.(even staying after hours) I would highly recommend this practice!!
