Horrible.... Inconsiderate of their tenants and they stand by and defend slumlords. Would never recommend anyone doing business with them.The staff are poorly trained and they are not well informed of company policies and procedures, so they get defensive when you ask intelligent questions. After paying rent you can only get a receipt upon request it's not automatically drawn up which is irritating. They screen calls and will not pick up or answer current tenants voicemails until days at a time. It takes at LEAST a 3 week wait to have any maintenance done and you have to call daily to remind them of the issue because they will not follow through if you don't stay on them. I can go on and on about their services, but I don't want to waste any more energy on them. If you are currently in a lease with them be sure to have renters insurance to protect yourself otherwise they will screw you over and accept no responsibility.

I've been dealing with Steven B Marvin Insurance Agency for years now and I can tell you they really are a notch above the other agents in the Antelope Valley.

Roni & Rosa at the Stephen B. Marvin Insurance agency have always been so nice and helpful when dealing with my auto and renters insurance. They are always easy to get a hold of and quick to make any changes I need made.
