A few years ago, I did some research and found this agent. I'm very glad I did! They immediately saved me a significant amount on my auto and renter's insurance. The customer service is unmatched; when you call, you're speaking to a living, breathing person in the home office, who will answer all your questions and are happy to help. Email responses to questions are lightning fast. If a claim is made, they follow up with you to see how things are progressing. These are people who obviously care about their reputation and providing excellent service every time. They have my business for good.

I worked with Talia when I transitioned from my family's policy to an independent policy. The biggest hassle was when my landlord gave me the incorrect address of my new place. However, Talia was extremely thorough, quick to reply to both emails and phone calls and the most patient person I've ever seen in my professional career. I've been driving for 8 years (20 professionally) and have been with John Peakes Insurance Agency since the beginning. I can easily say that I won't be changing anytime soon. Highly recommend this insurance group (3 offices throughout Southern California).

I have been with John E. Peakes Insurance Agency for many, years and have found them to offer an excellent service. They truly have looked out for my best interest in finding me the best, yet lowest priced insurance for all my needs. They always inform me where I can save even more by combining, changing, and/or even cancelling insured items. It's a sigh of relief finding individuals that look out for your best interest - especially in this day and age. Thank you!

I have been with Peakes Insurance for a long time, maybe 10 years. They have been awesome. Doreen who handles all of my inquiries has always been very helpful. My most recent inquiry was to add a driver to my policy and she was amazing. I would definitely recommend them.

My family has been a client with Peaks for the past 13 years and we are very pleased with the service we received. The staff has always been helpful answering our questions and never made us feel like we are wasting their time.
