I had the BEST experience with Ivory--from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Laura was incredible with helping me find the perfect dress for our wedding venue and made me feel so special every step of the way. Their collection of gowns is spectacular and always changing. Houston brides, I HIGHLY recommend Ivory. I can't stress it enough, but they really do make you feel comfortable and right at home. I wish I could do it all over again. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress and veil!

Let me just start by saying I really hope you get Shelby as your guide through your magical day! I had an absolutely perfect day. She did such an outstanding job of seeing my vision, suggesting ideas, picking some gowns she thought I would like, adding accessories sleeves, veils without me even needing to ask, to completely align with what I was looking for. The whole process was stress free and amazing from start to finish. She was patient, really made sure I felt like I was her priority, and was so sweet and fun and helpful through the whole day. The boutique itself is beautiful, the service is phenomenal, and there is indoor and natural lighting so you can really see what your dress looks like. I would recommend this spot again and again to every one of my friends!! 20/10 experience, y’all are the best!!!

Absolutely LOVED my experience here! As soon as I walked in, I knew I would be able to find my dream dress here! The store is gorgeous and has so many options, styles, designers and gorgeous dresses to choose from. Shelby & Jordan were the sweetest consultants! Shelby was so informative and gave me the ultimate best experience that I could’ve asked for! We talked about what I liked and didn’t like in dresses and then gave us my entourage little clips to put on dresses that we wanted to try on. We started with a few different styles first to see which fit I liked best and she knew so many details about each designer. She was also very helpful with getting me into each dress with ease and comfort reassuring me that they could add in different options like bra cups, sleeves, changing the bodice a bit and taking out crinoline if needed for some dresses. After narrowing it down to a few styles, we would talk about what I liked vs would change and helped me see my top 3. She would even pull different “final touches” of accessories for me to see the ultimate picture which helped too. In addition, Shelby suggested for me to stand in the natural lighting so that I could see what it would look like and it helped so much! After “sleeping on it,” Jordan helped me the second time to get into my dress and final touches as I wanted to confirm it was the one, which is was! Overall it was perfect and so amazing and I can’t wait for my dress to come in!!!

I highly recommend Ivory Bridal. My consultant was Mary. She was fabulous and had so much patience. She knew the wedding dresses inside and out and was able to provide great suggestions. Best of all, she was so good at fitting the sample dresses to your body so that you have a good idea how the dress will look in your size. I have been to almost all of the bridal shops in Houston, and Ivory Bridal, hands down, has the best quality dresses and all the right brands.

Just want to say I had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience with Jordyn. I called a few month ahead to inquire about a Marchesa dress they unfortunately did not have in stock. They quickly made some arrangements and I was scheduled to try it on last weekend. I arrived to a beautiful store with friendly faces. Jordyn let me pick out some other gowns to try on, even though I was pretty set on the one I had shipped in. After pushing it a little past my appointment thank you for your patience as I called family, I fell in love with a different gown. I went to dinner and they let me try in on again when I came back in to get everything squared away. As a plus sized, 5 month postpartum women, I don’t feel I was looked at any differently than women with smaller frames. I felt so beautiful and Jordyn clipped the gown in a way that I was able to fully imagine what the dress would look like on me even though I assure you I was 100% squished in it. I appreciate all of you who were at the store and gave me your opinions as well! Couldn’t recommend Ivory Bridal enough, was worth the flights!

I did not end up purchasing a dress from here, so my experience is only with a single day of shopping. However, my experience was really wonderful! I was helped by Alex, and she was fantastic. Her knowledge about dresses, designers, styles, fabrics, and potential modifications is encyclopedic. I came in very torn about what I wanted, and she was so patient in helping me narrow it down. Super impressed. My only complaint would be that the dresses are in kind of bad shape - stained, faulty zippers, some rips. It would be nice if Ivory Bridal could keep them in a little better condition, or replace them when they start looking shabby.

This was my first stop for my wedding dress and I landed on the one in 2 hours. Never made it to the other stores! If you are in the market for high-quality, designer dresses, this what their collection is about. Appointments required and please as for Mary! She’s super attentive throughout the order, wait time to dress to be made and pick-up.

Did not think I would find my dress because of how pick I am and years of pageantry wearing only white. But thanks to Shelby and Ivory Bridal, I officially got my dress. They do many customizations so most things can be done if there’s things you don’t like. Shelby made me feel comfortable, but she also listened to the many things I wanted and made it happen! I am so grateful to have found Shelby and Ivory Bridal

I cannot recommend Ivory Bridal enough! Everyone was very accommodating and super friendly. I got to work personally with Laura who was the SWEETEST and most patient person as she helped me into the 20+ dresses I tried on. They talked to me prior to trying on dresses to gauge my interest and what I’m looking for. But they also put me into other dresses to ensure the one I chose was my perfect dress. They made the whole experience super easy and straight forward by telling me what to expect and when to expect them. Highly highly recommend!!

Beautiful gowns and knowledgeable staff. Inside small and well appointed. Champagne cookies and water were provided. My daughter thought she knew which gown she wanted before going in. She tried on gowns her bridesmaids suggested. Dress after dress. Then her consultant brought one in and suggested she try on. That's the one she bought. Lovely experience.
