I purchased my wedding dress at Winnie Couture and I'm so glad I did. Jackie was so helpful when helping find the prefect dress. They can customize your dress, which i had so much fun mixing dresses/ caplets. My dress came in on time, but unfortunately too small. However, Jackie made sure to fix EVERYTHING... and in a timely manner. What could have been a big disaster was fixed before I could even stress. She referred me to their tailor and gave me credit to pay for the alterations. They made sure to provide extra materials for my dress and everything. So happy to be a Winnie bride!

Winnie Couture was the first store I went to go shopping for my wedding gown. I was confident that I would find my dress in the store and I did! Every single person I encountered was amazing and helpful. I'm so blessed and grateful for the wonderful experience I had. Truly a highlight in my wedding planning journey. Special shout-out to Jacqulin and her assistant forgot her name :/ The manager was so kind as well!

I first got my wedding dresses one each for ceremony and reception at Winne Couture back in 2011 before my wedding in 2012. As I approach my 10 year wedding anniversary, I will be celebrating a vow renewal. I visited another wedding gown store, but eventually came back to Winne Couture. Michelle was assigned to help me on my appointment and I couldn't have had a better experience! As soon as me and my friend entered the store, Michelle made us feel like royalty- wonderfully greeted us at arrival and offered a variety of refreshments with a glass of sparkling being our favorite. She immediately offered to help me fit me in the gowns with no hesitation and helped me feel comfortable in the process. When I called for my appointment before, I requested a specific dress and Michelle had the dress ready as planned. She did offer another gown and asked if I wanted to see any others. With the quality and look of the gown I chose and Michelle's wonderful help and encouragement during this appointment greatly influenced me in purchasing the gown on spot. Winne Couture provides such a great experience with staff that outshined the previous bridal gown appointment I previously had the same day. Even my friend who will be my lovely Matron of Honor was impressed and I happily left the store that day knowing I have a beautiful gown. #10yearslaterstillaWinneCouturebride

Amazing experience! This was the first shop I went to and I absolutely fell in love with the staff and dresses! My girl Luna ; was so knowledgeable about all of the gowns. She made me feel like a princess! She was very patient with me I tried the same dress in about 4 times. I’m happy to say I found my wedding dress at Winnie couture! and new friends! I recommend 100% for all future brides!

I made an appointment at Winnie Couture because we would be in Houston for the weekend and I saw they had a generous healthcare worker discount for nurses which is amazing & I haven’t seen anywhere else Alyssa already had the 3 dresses I had emailed about pulled and ready for me! I used to work at a bridal shop and I remember I could never pull the small sample sizes over my hips, but Alyssa had the dresses pulled for me in my size, which made me feel very special and like they really listened to me. I felt so beautiful and not self conscious and having to imagine what it would look like if it fit me. I ended up picking the 3rd dress she pulled! This was my very first appointment and it was out of town so I really didn’t expect to find my dress! It was just me & my mom since we were out of town, but Alyssa and Michelle both hyped me up and made me feel beautiful just like my friends! They were so helpful in helping me find accessories too and knew exactly what looked good. I’m so happy with my experience and can’t wait to see them again when I pick up my dress! Update: I got married 12.30.2022 and my dress was an absolute dream for my bridal portraits and my wedding day! I got so many compliments. Thank you Winnie couture!

If I could give them 100 stars, I would! Hands down, they had the best customer service of all the bridal boutiques I visited. My bridal consultant, Jaqueline, was amazing and helped me bring my vision to life Michelle was also amazing!. They helped me design my one-of-a-kind DREAM dress and I couldn't be happier! I will be referring all of my friends and family here. Thanks for the wonderful service!

Our experience at Winnie's was amazing! Both visits Michelle Morales was great and fun! I first visited a few months ago with my friends and fell in love with a few dresses. I visited another store just to try other styles on but came back to Winnie's with my mom, my aunts, and my cousins to say "yes"! The aesthetics of the shop was very modern and bridal. Big mirrors and great lighting! Also champagne! Winnie advertises that they have "classic, modern, & vintage style" which I felt to be 100% accurate. I would consider my personal style to be chic minimalists and I found the perfect dress that was simple with a touch of lace and bling. I tried on dresses that were more dramatic that I did not favor but they were still beautiful... basically they have various styles that fall within "classic, modern, & vintage!" I liked that during my first visit Michelle put me in dresses that I said I would not like but ended up liking... I highly suggest trying on multiple styles your first visit because you never know! I always thought I would go with a basic dress no lace, no bling, just satin material but once I tried on dresses that had a little touch of bling and lace I fell in love. Once Michelle knew what I liked/disliked, she was able to bring out styles I loved. Michelle was great and never pushed me to say yes to a dress. She provided useful input and helped me decide on the one but was never pushy. She did send me follow-up texts asking if I wanted to make another appointment after my first one which was very helpful. I was finishing up a summer class and working full time so it was nice to have texting as a form of communication... Michelle was able to text me videos of dresses as well! Also, my dress has a cape which I fell in LOVE with.... the other bridal store I went to did not have capes... so if you really want a cape I would check out Winnie Couture!

My experience at Winnie Couture Bridal was absolutely amazing. One of there stylists Safa made me feel like a princess! I told her exactly what I wanted and she found it! Although I couldn’t efford my dream dress I would highly recommend Winnie Couture Bridal and to ask for Safa!

Absolutely loved my time visiting the dress store. I said YES TO THE DRESS!! I had 10 people help me pick my dress. The Staff at Winnie Couture were super helpful and friendly. My girl Fayth is super sweet and reliable. And the champagne was amazing!! Highly recommend visiting the store if you’re searching for your dream dress!

Coming here has been the best choice in my wedding journey!! My stylist Safa was so patient and caring! She made sure I did not feel rushed and let me try on as many dresses and I wanted until I found the one which ironically enough was the first one. This is the second bridal place I have gone to and I walked away confident that I picked the very perfect dress for me. All the stylists there are very kind and have your best interest in mind. The shop itself is very clean and beautiful on the inside, each dress is very beautiful, the changing rooms and mirrors are very nice. I really felt like I was taken care of and had a full service when coming here, something I did not really feel in the first location I went to. I highly recommend anyone who wants to feel a more personal and detailed wedding dress tailored to your tastes to come here. It’s really worth your time. I actually have no complaints at all everything about the experience was so nice.
