Love Jack In The Box! Lo e there whole aesthetic and there vibes. There burgers are the best and the guy that took my order was hell fun! Really liked the customer service in this place. Love my curly fries by the way!!
First time I went here the drive thru was closed and there was no cone in the drive thru. There was still someone on the speaker to tell me that they were closed which is confusing. Second time their fryer was broken so I could only order grilled foods. Why even be open at that point? The Jack in the Box near Foothill and Rochester is so much better
Very bad service. They had one lady cleaning and taking orders so I had to wait for her to be done mopping while another lady stood their politely and said that my order will be taken soon. I ordered medium curly fries and a burger. I actually laughed when I saw it in my bag when I got back to work. Literally two buns, a piece of meat, and two slices of bacon. No lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onion. I was amazed how poorly it was made after what I paid for.
Nicholas is the coolest employee. He actually makes you feel welcome and his energy is contagious. Never expected a fast food experience to make my day, but here I am

Came through for one reason and one reason only because I heard my homie jack done put a cool coke machine in and wanted us all to sniff it out and try it out and let him know what we thought and to be honest it had all the flavors in the world plus they had free napkins good looking out Jack, great spot and best dining I received in a long time.
Used to be a good off the freeway stop. Younger kids are working there and not sure if that’s why the quality and service went down. I had to ask for my card back and was given the wrong order didn’t notice until back on the freeway and was missing food.
Excellent Customer Service and Food- made exactly as ordered
Asian gal in drive-thru speaker phone needs to find another job. She looks like she doesn't want to be there .Food: 3/5
Very fast service in the drive thru. Order was correct. Food was fresh. Great job.
