Sitting in subway as I write this review and the employees here have zero respect for customer service. At one point the gal with blue hair was talking about her superior and how "the one time she responds to her text... she responds with "voids?" Incinuating her superior doesn't know how to void out an order that she messed up on. The other petite brunette girl wasn't any better as she complained about another customers request to chop his salad. She literally told him there is a "chop shop up the street you can go to" and after he left she proceeded to talk about other "random" requests customers make. Surprised to say the least that these two are entrusted to run a store when they are clueless on their surrounding and how to speak to others in a respectful manner.
The workers here are always moving at the slowest possible speed they can. I can start a sandwich at 2 and be owlut of the restaurant but 2:30. Unbelievable how low energy the workers are and low priority making a aandw fast is.

We got are food after a long time they said we can sit down but as soon as we sit down and take are first bite they said we have to leave the only reason I rated one star because it’s the lowest I could rate and to be honest it wasn’t that good , I rate when something great or horrible and you can tell with my review it was a horrible experience with mediocre food once again I wish I could rate zero
Pretty much just like any other Subway. I was here on a Tuesday night 9pm. Place was empty. Greeted soon as I walked in. Made my stuff efficiently. Only thing I didn't care for was that man walked in and asked for a cup, just a cup, and they told him no, he had to buy one. That was bs. That's what's wrong with corporate America today, constantly looking to give less and take more. So sick of it all. Oh ya, one other thing, I can't stand soda and they didn't have any brewed tea. I had bought a combo with the drink so now what was I to do? Paid for a soda and got a water out of it.. It's those little things that matter most.
This is the sorriest excuse for a subway i have ever been to! I came here TODAY at 8:11 and the dude running the store tells me I cant buy a croissant breakfast sandwich because he HASN'T MADE THEM YET! Its an hour and 11 minutes since they opened and his lazy self hasn't made the croissants! What the hell could he be doing in this store if he isnt doing his JOB! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Standing in line for over 20 minutes watching one employee work. The owner or management is terrible for allowing only one employee to work during the dinner rush, make every sandwich, ring up the customer, then start all over again with the next customer. There should be a minimum of 2 employees at all times for safety, quality, and production purposes. I will definitely go to another Subway next time. Kuddos to the employee for busting his tail.
Got a notice on my email that Subway was giving a free 21 Oz drink and a bag of chips with a footlong so I go there with my two boys thinking and I can save some money and Order 3 footlongs when she gives me one cup and one chip I asked her where the other two cups were. He said that was just for one foot long and the other two foot-longs you have to buy the coat what a rip off will never go back again
The quality of the food is good. The young female looks angry and seems to hate her job. Very unprofessional.
