The team members and manager were very respectful, friendly, and hospitable. They were very welcoming and made our visit feel like home. JC was the manager on duty and she treated us with top notch customer service! The area was really clean and modern and the order was done in a quality and timely manner. Highly recommend this store!

I bought dinner for my family and a few friends. Spent $42 bucks on a $30 fill-up & three sides... My older son shows me his chicken on his plate.....it was disgusting! Looked like roaches climbed inside the chicken before it was cooked! I took it back and they told me it's supposed to look that way. Guess I won't be going back there again anytime soon!

The food tasted horrible! What the heck happened!? Honesty the weirdest flavor I've ever tasted and I still can't get the taste out of my mouth and nose. At one point I started questioning if we were actually eating KFC or even chicken at all. We also didn't receive the honey packets to go with our biscuits nor did we receive the paper plates / utensils. The chicken was also extremely greasy and fatty. I ended up going online to find out if the recipe changed or something because this experience was awful and NOT worth the money. They also don't have mac n cheese anymore?! I am unable to eat coleslaw, but my boyfriend ate some and said it also tasted bad and bland. I wish I had something positive to add, but unfortunately the food was that bad.

It is what it is. Chicken is greasy yet flavorful. Sides are messy but tasty. You get what you get. Arrive with low expectations and you’ll be satisfied

I rarely post a review for a fast food establishment mainly because you really don't expect much when it's fast food. When I do take the time to post a review it's because we received great service and the food is very good and often unique. I often share photos and encourage others to try it, especially if it's a family owned business. Unfortunately, this review is the absolute opposite. Normally, I let bad experiences go and simply don't go there again. However, the food served at the KFC on Baseline in Rancho Cucamonga was absolutely horrible, the worst I have ever had and I can't stay quiet about this. It was about an hour before closing and we ordered a 12 piece family meal. The place was empty and our order was given to us quickly. When we got home and opened our meal we were shocked to see the chicken and potato wedges we we're given. The chicken was dry, over cooked and hard. The potato wedges were also dry and hard. Both the chicken and potato wedges looked as if they had spent hours and hours under the heating lamp. Food in this condition should never be served to a customer. Obviously this location is lacking proper management. Maybe it's time KFC's corporate started looking into their franchises. Obviously someone is not doing their job and ultimately the KFC name is losing its integrity. I added photos, I'm curious to see if they will be shared.

Chicken was very greasy and the supposedly large side of mashed potatoes weren't so large. Got a smaller portion with some hard dried out potatoes. Over priced for what you get. This is a reminder of why I avoid KFC.

The food was good, I recommend the new Mac n cheese bowl! The famous bowl is always my go to.

Slow and customer service sucks. Don’t know what I was thinking going here. Take my advice, go somewhere else.

I like this spot we got down and they were super fast.will go back again.
