This is an 8 dollar burger I paid for tonight. Didn’t have the original chicken sandwich that was ordered and this is what they sent out. Two of them. I get that “nobody wants to work anymore” but what work went into this? Pay people more and you will be able to attract employees that are willing to at least attempt to do the job. I wish I could give you 0 stars to equal the amount of effort put into my order tonight.
Line was super slow and super long but it’s a Friday night so that’s understandable. What isn’t understandable it the quality of the service and food. We didn’t even order that much to begin with. My husband’s fries were stale and cold, his burger wasn’t great either and made him nauseous. My tacos were cold and had NO sauce after we had asked for extra sauce and they completely left out an entire fry. When we tried to call about it because we didn’t want to have to spend another HOUR in line it rang until the phone just hung up. In my opinion, find another location because maybe they’ll care about their quality more.
Good food. They serve breakfast but not early. We went at 7:15am and they said they weren't open yet, so I'm not sure what time they start serving.
Standard customer service; waited on me quickly & efficiently with no mistakes on order. I wish my cashier would have smiled more but we're all allowed to have a bad day. Food was OK but well below par when comparing it to the featured photo. Standard customer service but nothing memorable and certainly not a standardized level that will provide a strong customer base. Still a semi-positive experience overall.
This is my local Jack in the box. It's not the best at times rude service or messed up order but tonight we had prestige service. The young man named Isaiah very polite my order was correct. It's rare to find great service any more thank you Isaiah after a long day it feels good to get great service you are a diamond in the rough!!!!!!!
Know for delicious burgers, Jack also has excellent tacos and mini tacos. I hadn't had one in over a year so I stopped by to order a couple tacos and saw they had mini tacos and I ordered some of those too.. Yum, sometimes greasy is so good.
Lobby was not open, so had to go through drive thru. But we had to walk up because had a van in tow. We waited while the vehicle "in front of us" drove away before approving window. There was a female attendant at the window who she seen us walking up, then processed doing what she was doing without even acknowledging us like holding a hand or finger pointer finger up as in saying just a moment or anything would have been better than nothing at all. The attendant that actually assisted us was helpful and explained what I thought I wanted I miss understood, so it was not. In fact now that I think about it, I think he may have miss understood too. I say that because the cost ended up being more than we expected and we only ended up with 1 fry. So I think instead of entering the food items as meals/combos he entered them as individual food items. Anyway, food as usual tasted good and over all considering the situation service was good too.
Food tasted old and not fresh..... Cashier / order taker could of recommend the better deal and. Saved us money but didn't see that until after we already pd about $6 more for the same thing we ordered .......Food: 1/5
Hours posted online and at the front door are often ignored. Like this morning when I went through the Drive-thru at 7:35, and they said they weren't open at this time. Posted that they open at 6:00 AM When you catch them open the food and service is good.
If I could give Jack in the Box zero Stars I would because the inside is closed to anybody that needs to walk in the door that has a big truck like a big tow truck or anything larger than a car to go through the drive-thru they will not do business with you so therefore Jack in the Box on 44th and I-35 in Oklahoma City is a waste of space
