READ your own label. I ordered a large ice coffee but was served a medium. I immediately asked the guy who handed that to me and was told it’s a large and showed me a even smaller size cup claimed to be medium. I’ve always order large ice coffee and what I got today is definitely a medium.

They always get the orders wrong i asked for 10 nuggets meal. I got no straw no sauce that i asked for and on top of that i wanted coke. They gave me a water down Dr.Pepper. They are the worst and plus the are fckn rude too.

Just an absolutely horrid example of a quick service restaurant. We placed an order online, and got blocked in the line for nearly 30 minutes. When we called to try to get our money back for the order they answered left the phone silent for about 10 seconds then hung up the first time, hung up immediately the second time, and didn't pick up the third of 4th. I'd really like our money back. Although I expect a canned response about short staff.

There are 12 people working in the back there is no one in the lobby and it took five minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I have a Uber eats picking up for a customer they told he that it would take fifteen to twenty minutes to make there drink because they are cleaning it. When I stepped away from the counter to call the customer no one came back to check on me to see weather or not they still wanted the drink. You can get cheap food anywhere my suggestion would be to go to a different location

I've gone here a few times on my way to work in the morning before and normally get 1 sausage biscuit and a hash brown but decided I'll get 2 hash browns this morning, but my 2nd hash brown was never given to me and the person in the drive thru was not printing out receipts. I'm never going here again as it seems like an intentional scam to make someone pay for 2 items but only give one. Horrible experience.

Service was good. One of the items I ordered was a 10 piece nugget so they asked what kind I'd sauce I wanted so I let them know I wanted bbq. When I got to the window they repeated my order to me including the sauce I ordered.Thats cool and all because they usually do that.The reason for me giving 5 stars for the service is because right before the lady hands me my food she asked me if I would like some ketchup for my fry's. As we all know they stopped just giving you ketchup as well as asking if u needed any ketchup. You have to ask them for ketchup if u would like some. I always forget to ask them and don't realize till I after I've already drove off. Might not be a big deal to anyone else but Ithought it was cool of her ask when when she didn't have to. It's the small things that mean the most sometime.

They refused to turn doordash off when the restaurant is already closed. So you waste drivers time and cost customers money. So many customers not able to get their food who ordered doordash or ubereats. Should be a huge lawsuit against McDonalds or any company that refuses to turn off delivery when they are closed. Once I canceled the order another order immediately popped up to this McDonald's. JUST TURN THE DAM THING OFF! I worked with food delivery at Domino's before I did doordash and Ubereats and the management could switch off delivery when necessary. So please don't tell me it is Doordashes fault because Doordash tells me you have control what is being sent to us drivers. They just make up excuses because they don't want to deal with it by being lazy.

Everything about this place sucks please go to any other McDonald's in OKC but this one. My whole family was poisoned by these people that rather run their mouth than make decent food. They need a while new staff and I'm sure the franchise owner is upside down.Food: 1/5

Didn't get what I ordered. After waiting 10 mins , not being helped st the counter and being told to use the kiosk and confirming what I ordered. It still came wrong.Food: 1/5

I ordered a big breakfast. It comes with a hash brown witch i didn't receive. I brought it to their attention, and was ignored so I fished eating and approached the counter once again and said excuse me I didn't receive my hash brown and Maria looked at me with a hateful expression and told another girl to go help me whom told me Maria's name. As you can see there are no napkins in the bag either.
