Horrible.. I ordered on the mobile app for pick up.. sat there 10 minutes in cut spot 3, then it updated your order is on the way to you. Then I waited 5 minutes no one came out, so we went inside to find out they NEVER made my order and they had to make everything again. On top of that the food was cold and the breakfast burrito tortilla tasted old….. on top of that when my wife went in to figure out what is going on the lady said they already brought it out to you, obviously not if she went in to figure out why we haven’t gotten our food. this was an absolute horrible experience at this location….
Ordered from the one on 44th and shields. Didn’t get my cookies that was paid for. My burger had pickles and onion on it when I ordered it without them. Never again will I order food from there. I called to let them know just so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else and got the rudest response. Do better or just stop doing mobile orders.
I came here and ordered two large waters and was told I would be charged for them which I was expecting so no problem. When I get to the window, he tells me my total is four dollars and some change I’m like for 2 waters And he said yes, and I asked for a receipt they said The receipt machine was down. I said OK what about the other one? He said let me check then told me to go to the second window that they would give me the receipt down there. The lady hands me my waters, and I ask for a receipt and she goes and gets a manager one that has braces looks young and she reaffirms what he said that there’s no receipts which was odd. I come back again and order two waters and they were $.30 each. Why was I charged four dollars and something one day and was told there was no receipt printer working in the building
Something is always messed up, make sure you double check everything before you drive off. I've gotten moldy buns before and raw burger. Mostly cold fries though and you know how terrible McDonald's fries are when cold.
I always have to pull to the parking spot to wait for my large coke no ice. Same Monday through Friday at 2pm. And the ladt 3 times I can tell they put ice in it and just dumped it out and made me wait on a third window to fix it. I have temperature sensitivity. I don't care if it's full to the top even. I just don't want ice at all. Get it right good grief.
This McDonald's became my go to since moving over here. My best friends mom works here. They get it right, and when they don't, they're very apologetic and professional about correcting the problem.Food: 5/5
Everytime you go through their drive through they make you pull forward and wait. The parking lot will be full of cars waiting on their food. Even when it’s not busy they do this. Instead of getting food out quickly you pull forward so it looks like they are doing a good job. Problem is they never get your food right or don’t give you the condiments you asked for. I went on Sunday and didn’t get my mcchicken I paid for. Was on my lunch break and I didn’t have time to go back. Tried calling the restaurant and got no answer. So I made a complaint on my mobile app that I made the order from and received a email back telling me they were disappointed that happened to me and were sorry. I’m sure you are disappointed you got some free money. No compensation or refund offered at all.
Good junk food. Kinda pricey but not too bad. I thiink ill go get some now.Food: 4/5

Always fast and speedy services with a smile. Very friendly staff at all hours of the day. My favorite breakfast spot by work is there and I definitely will recommend themFood: 5/5
