Wait time wasn’t bad at all, stage were polite but they had no ice cream?? Isn’t that Like half the gimmick? Def disappointed
I pulled up, pushed the button. Nobody ever answered and I sat there 5 minutes. Frustrated but not to give up I moved my car to another slot. I pushed the button and again no answer for 5 minutes. There are many other places that care more. My burger at Wendy's was really good. This location on 12th Street in Moore is lousy. Sorry but it's the truth.
the food was delicious but I was terrified with the entire experience I just had left the apartment area over there by the brick Manor and this man had smoked a cigarette with me that would seem to be wet and it really put my mind for a real spin and I really didn't like it and I'm still dealing with it right now as we speak and I'm going to get through it in the name of Jesus Christ amen
It suckd to be mishandled , and talk to like a kid from your staff 9/9/22 around 9:15 a.m. I was explaining to the African American men the drinks was wrong he just shut the window in my face open it back up with another wrong item I ask him if I could talk to management he said why you said 3 Dr pepperOK I'm not not gonna fuss I ask him for napkins he said his bad it wasn't upon request WHHHHHHHHAT him and the white lady on this shift was just untrained and very unprofessional I spent almost 30$ and I'm a regular it's a shame to be treated unfair but I will find a new location yall can keep that and continue to let your staff run loyal members off thanks for a very bad experience

My family and I are frequent customers here at the location on 29th and Shields in OKC. Today I went there to grab lunch. THEY WERE AWESOME! Customer service was fabulous, they made my order exact and it was made extremely well/Tasted wonderful, and they were very fast! The team there during the day and at night lately have been PHENOMENAL! I tried getting in touch with a call back so that I could let Corp know how excellent their staff over here is. They deserve praise and recognition for their work today and encouragement to keep on being awesome and being a great team/location. I don’t care where it is we all go every day, when customer service is like THIS it needs to be known! Thank you guys so much for everything you do because you got up and decided to show up and show out just like the rockstars you all truly are! Pay it forward keep it going!
On a corn dog very busy night they got me in and out and put a smile on my kid priceless
They were quick. The car hopper was friendly. The food was perfect. My burger wasn't messy either.

The sonic on SE 29th and Shields charged my card 3 dollars more than what my meal costs. That was earlier today. I am going to show the manager my receipt and then show him the history on my cashapp charges. I'm sore he will refund it. They were having technical difficulties so I can't completely blame them they may have got confused but other than that the food was great the service was good and I would recommend to go back there it was an honest mistake
