I was a member for a 2 yr contract and signed up into my 3rd yr. I was severely injured in a class. The instructor not only failed to properly instruct me but was not honest about it.  I was seriously injured and paid 1000s of dollars in medical expenses and left with a permanent injury. I recommend The Lift Wellmess Center. I had my physical therapy there and then joined to swim in their heated pool which helped my leg injury recovery tremendously! There instructors are all certified as well.

They have all the things a person needs to get in shape including a great swimming pool and wonderful staff

Nice gym to workout. However, the front desk workers aren't friendly. The place needs new staffing in that area.

Great staff and great equipment.  Good class options and the pool is a great addition
