THE BEST CHICKEN CURRY I HAVE EVER TASTED. My fiance and I decided to stop pass here because it was on the tv show Diners Drive ins and Dives and we were not disappointed. The food was to die for. The atmosphere was cool and low key. I would definitely go back whenever I'm in New Mexico.

Wow. Just wow. The food was AMAZING. Out quick and did not disappoint. I lived in Santa fe my whole life (28) and didn't know how much I missed out for so long. Food is great. Only thing was I felt that the waiter wasn't friendly. But I came to eat not make friends. Tip the cook.

Beautiful food. Lovely staff. Decent sized portions but a nice focus on flavour over quantity. The coconut shrimp is so, so good.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local during our visit to Santa Fe. We almost didn't go, because it's in a strip mall. Let me assure you that choosing another restaurant would have been a tremendous mistake. This is one of the best restaurants at which my wife and I have eaten. Eat there! As soon as you walk through the door, it becomes clear that Jambo is a local favorite. Jambo has a quiet, yet busy, atmosphere with staff who works quickly and professionally. The menu offers a plethora of items for any appetite and is reasonably priced. When the food promptly arrives, you will be only moments away from enjoying some of the best food in Santa Fe (or beyond).Try the coconut shrimp, curry and sweet potato soup, and beef kabobs.

Extensive menu including chicken, lamb and goat entrees. Vegetarian dishes available. I enjoyed the fresh coconut drink in shell. Very tropical. Excellent service.
