Panera Bread

This place is so unorganized, everytime I've ordered food here they jip me on my order- and this place isn't cheap. Food isn't ready when it's supposed to be and then it's not complete. PLEASE review your orders before letting the customer leave and not be able to return to get the correct order. Even when they wanted to correct it, it was still incorrect. Mary is very nice and calm to talk to, but seems like the business' hands are tied when it really comes to attention to detail and correcting it. Although they did try to correct it, they will not refund you.

Nothing to feel good about. Enjoyed Panera in Santa Fe until my last visit. Order was not correct and food portions are nothing to feel good about. BLT w/Avocado with no Avocado, full size was small size and Chicken Caesar Salad had less chicken. Not good eating for the price.

I love panera it's one oif my favorite fast food places. Lately though it's been really slacking in effort my items from recent orders have been missing yes you have compensated for it the next day but it's at an inconvenience to me. The preparation is sometimes sloppy as well. Also the wait in the drive through line is awful. There is times I wait 30min for food and that's crazy for fast food. I believe these are somethings panera needs to improve on.
