Jay’s Moving Company

We used Jay's Moving a couple weeks ago and were very please with the service provided. The two gentlemen they assigned to the project were polite and very attentive to wrapping and covering all of our furniture and took great care in moving it. Office staff was very friendly and accomodating. Very pleased with Jay's and will definitely use them again.

These gentlemen were very efficient. They wasted no time. They handle my belongings as if they were their own. They put padding over railing and plastic over carpets so nothing was harmed in my new home. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing a moving crew. Definitely an A+ rating from me. Thank you Jay’s Moving Company!!

Nice guys. Friendly and courteous of our home. I would use them again but had a couple things I didn’t necessarily love. When I set paid, they told me there is a 3.5% charge for credit card. That needs to be communicated up front as well as travel time is included in the cost. Where I thought it was 3 hours at the quoted rate, it was 3.5 hours which was $70.

Very impressed with our experience with Jay's Moving Fort Wayne! The two-man crew (Quinn and Mitch) was great. Very careful with everything and did an awesome job. Definitely recommend Jay's to anyone moving in the FW or Indianapolis area. Thanks a lot Jay's Moving FW! Everyone we dealt with at Jay's was great. From the owners to Katie in the office and Tom who does the estimating, they were all great to work with!

09/27/2017 What a nightmare! I had an appraisal for my move by Erin Sack, I wanted 2 quotes- #1-to put belongings in storage at their facility which she sent 4 days later (she forgot to include attachment 1st time, that cost me 3 days as it was Friday) when I ask when she could resend it Fri. she stated she was out of office and would send Monday, it did come thru Monday. #2- I also explained when she was at my home I needed a quote for a move to a house I was attempting to close on before my big move. She stated when at my home she had to use her bosses computer to figure out that estimate. The closing worked out, so I called (4 different times) the following week and no response. They knew my move date was coming up (Oct. 5, 2017). When Erin finally called back she stated they were now booked that entire week so she would not be giving me that estimate. Wow! Now I am scrambling to find another mover, so BEWARE! Mark OBrian MD
