Came in to get a hair cut. No signs or anything to let you know what time it opens and then apparently someone called out so when it was supposed to be opened at 12pm nobody is in there. Again no signs or anything to let anyone know what is going on. Very poorly done by not only the salon but whoever they call at JcPenny to let them know they are out. Never will come here again. Waste of time!! And on top of that went to check out and stood where it states clearly LINE FORMS HERE and the check out lady took someone else NOT in line. She had her hair covered by her hair as well so I couldn't catch her name. Very unprofessional!
