Today as always shopping with my granddaughters found everything we were looking for an more,the staff is so nice and helpful, abussiness is only as good as its employees this store should last forever

Recently purchased a new mattress. Shawn Beriger was a fantastic sales rep. Explained what we needed and showed great knowledge!! I would highly recommend going to see Shawn if your in the market for a new mattress.

I used to love shopping here. They always had a great selection of petites. I’ve noticed lately that the petite section has gone down hill and keeps getting smaller, with barely anything good at all to choose from. I inquired about this to the sales associate and she informed me that they were dong away with petites all together in the near future. They have just lost me as a customer. If you’re short and/or small framed, then Macy’s at Lynnhaven does not want nor care about your business.

Walked in West Entrance Friends and Family 30% off day. Lots of other significant discounts. Ladies Room upstairs by housewares was icky. Not surprising post-stampede. Quick work in the fitting room; THREE WAY MIRROR❤❤ Associate Colleen was awesome. Reminded me of "Thanks for Sharing" program. Almost missed out on free GC! Thanks Colleen.
