Affordable prices on housewares and family clothing. The dressing rooms are clean and there are plenty of private spaces to try on clothing. Handicap accessible dress rooms that offer an enlarged area for those that may need it. Ross offices separate line for easy and fast returns separate from those who may be making a purchase. You can enter the store from the parking lot and it has a handicap accessible entrance as well as an entrance at the back of the store which allows you easy access to the military mall shopping area.

This store used to be so good. I don’t know what happened. Go into any other Ross and it’s stocked from head to toe. Walk in here and think it’s a going out of business sale. Always looks empty. Limited product. I live down the street from this one and completely stopped going here

I can always run in and find a great deal for a steal of a price. The staff is always friendly and super helpful

I went to Ross in Norfolk hoping for the best and came out with more than what I needed. The prices were awesome!!

Not a good management at all. Cashiers are not welcoming at all. No welcome. No thank you. They were talking in themselves and not bothering customers big lines. Not recommend shopping here.
