Kohl's Pembroke Mall

Kohl's is always a great store for shopping. We got to get a dress for our daughter and we got it on the fly. We liked it.

I love the hat, houseware, and clothing selection. It is excellent quality. I don't care for the shoe selection though. The staff are prompt to assist you.

Store is always neat and clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I love this Kohl's.

I love their shoes and the prices, but I hate their shoe department. It seems every time I'm there to buy shoes the associate that is in charge of the shoe department is cashiering. Today I needed help. I went to the register to see if they could call someone to help me and was told she is on the register. So I said ok I'll wait. I waited, and waited and waited. When I finally said something to the guy again he finally came over to help me. I can be very patient especially when they have a couch to wait on, however sometimes I just have things I've got to get done and waiting for help in the shoe department can be very frustrating.

Was here at this location Black Friday morning at 6am, The very nice young man named Matt was very energetic, delightful and very eager to make my checkout a pleasant experience. I got clothing items and this gel pillow and we got to talking what a great deal this item is for $14.99, $40.00 value. Thank you Matt for making my early morning shopping day a happy one.
