JC Penny has some of the best sales around. I was able to pick up items that was greatly needed for Christmas display next Christmas as well as some amazing gifts for friends and family. The prices were very reasonable. I spent $277 and saved over $785. It was a shopping bonanza I won't forget. The staff were friendly and courteous. Someone was always there to help find anything I was looking for.

Was hoping for a bigger selection of slippers although Penneys did have the brand sought after.

They have a decent size selection of clothes and other items. The associates are normally helpful.

We love this store and the staff. They are always helpful. If the item(s) are out of stock in store, they staff is very helpful in making sure I have the right information to order it online. The one downfall my family has, as well as all the other customers that was checking out at the same time, is the stinky scent items for sale at the front checkout area. It is very overwhelming and for those of us with asthma it really affects us. It would be most appreciated for this item to be removed from the checkout areas. The staff stated there has been multiple complaints but management will not remove them. Otherwise, great store...just checkout at any register other than the front.

This location is very clean and modern. A very large store on its own not in a mall but a shopping center. If they dont carry an item they will find a store that does. I've learned the stores have their own sales so that is important to watch. I was told there may be better deals at some locations by a staff member. For example one location coats will be 40% off but another JCP will have 50% off. We were looking for matching pants for a suit coat we bought at another JCP location and staff was able to look up the coat and inform us of all thr locations that had matching pants and sizes. Unfortunately this location did not have a match but I would definitely go back if I needed to pickup another suit.
