I'm very unhappy with the furniture protection plan Macy's sold me with my furniture. It was difficult to get in touch with the worry no more warranty company. They sent out a repair man who did a bad job repairing my furniture and then they ordered to exchange the furniture when I did not ask them to. Now that the furniture has been ordered to be exchanged I cannot cancel the exchange like I want to... they won't let me. So I have to exchange the furniture that only has slight damage and the plan will be void after the exchange. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I told the supervisor at worry no more how dissatisfied I am and he didn't care.

That is my store. Please please keep Macy's at woodlands. They always have what I need. I am a Micheal kors buff. Gotta have my bag, shoes.

Although I don't buy there frequently, because the prices are a bit high for my budget, I will say that when I go there, for the specials, the specials per say are great. You can find a lot of good quality clothing for a really good price.
