Kohl's Owasso

This Kohl’s typically has a good selection and good prices. I would recommend checking the dressing rooms more frequently. I have yet to find them clean or clutter free. I appreciate the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Their sales, discounts, rewards and bonus bucks keeps us coming back.

While the “corporate refund” policy is practically highway robbery, the manager at this location (Paxton), was SUPER helpful. After 1 month of not seeing my refund (over $300), calling corporate and getting a “oh it should be there soon”, I was too trusting and lost the receipt in the midst of a wedding and a move. When the refund still hadn’t come 2 weeks later, corporate told me there was nothing they could do because there was no order number or refund. I called the store to see if they could help me with the reciept and expected very little. I could pinpoint the very day, down to a 45 minute span, and Paxton helped narrow the register numbers to pinpoint the transaction number and was able to pull up all of the information and a copy of the receipt I needed to call corporate again and not be ignored. Without Paxton, I would have basically lit $300 on fire (and with this horrible corporate policy, it’s likely I still might, but at least I can prove to the BBB that it existed). People who actually care about customer service, like Paxton, should be a part of rewriting that “hassle free” policy.

It's really a pretty good store with a lot of nice stuff. However I don't like the games they play mark it up so that you can pretend to have a sale. And that the sale price you buy it what you can pay for it next door at regular price.

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I wish they did have more modern choices in ladies size 18

Quickly able to find exactly what I needed for very reasonable cost.
