Kohl's Riverside

I am a former Kohl's Associate. My best advice is to shop the clearance racks. Clothes are marked down to a maximum of 90%. Most of the items are made outside of the United States ( not that it makes them bad, some people just like to know ). F.Y.I. -- I would not recommend working there.

We went into store looking for the shoe department. After walking for a while and still not finding it we were standing with a puzzled look on our faces when a male employee walked passed us ad never asked if he could help us find anything inspite of the bumfuzzled look on our faces. Not to worry we found it on our own and made our purchase but wont return to the store. If this is store policy not to help customers you might rethink it abit.

Went there to buy a t-shirt. They didn't have it in stock. Which, I understand that it wasn't laid out on the shelf already. They are really short on staff. I went up front to ask for assistance. They did call someone over. And, They checked in their scanner to see if the shirt was in stock. But, Unfortunally it wasn't. I'm not saying that I'm not going there again. But, They need more people instead of being short-handed.

The store is a bit of a mess. Full-priced racks vs sales racks vs clearance racks excetera. We were in the infant and toddler Department pretty much disappointed with the quality and price of what was available. That being said, the staff is wonderful.

Slightly smaller than the other Kohl's in Tulsa, but a convenient location. The other Tulsa Kohl's has superbly organized clearance sections.
