Year round beauty in this stand of prairie tall grass. Good trails for exercise. Spring time is full of flowers.

This place is a Kansas City secret! It's so beautiful and quiet! It is one of few natural prairies left (they have added to the original, but can't call it natural because it was planted with the help of people). There are trails that go through the prairie and few signs. No playground equipment but a couple of picnic tables and lots of birds to watch. Dogs are welcome, but pick up after them-they even have bags available, but we still saw few piles that people didn't pick up.
