Jiffy Lube

I was greeted once I pulled into the service line by Mina. She had a welcoming smile, asked what I needed, if it my first visit, told my about specials, and let me know my wait time. She provided such excellent customer service. The technicians were also courteous and professional. I kept a star because it was a little pricey.

Their hours said Sun 10am-4pm, so I rushed all the way from the other side of town to get to the shop. Once I pulled in I was told that I couldn’t be seen. I was like why it’s only 3:30, the guy said we close at 3:30 so we can clean up the shop. But I said you need to change your hours then, that’s not what it says on the door and I took a picture. It should be from 10am-3:30 then. Some stockey red guy starts laughing and shaking his head. Mind you I have brought all my card here to be serviced for years. But not anymore, I will kindly take it out VA from now on where they don’t take everything as a joke. This was very disappointing because I can for an oil change and to have my transmission check. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION

Ghetto lazy dudes period. On the side of the building drinking out of plastic cups, I ask for oil change and a headlight. Dude says we don't have your filter. So no headlight either huh? Everytime I come here trying to support my neighborhood business they don't have something so they don't want my money. Wasn't gonna write anything but just do us a favor and close this location

Fast service but don't charge you what was quoted. Will add on fees at the end that you did not agree to. No amount of complaining to them or to Jiffy Lube corporate will help. They don't know what customer services is here. Look elsewhere for your oil changes.
