Jiffy Lube

Not your usual jiffy lube! Was told under new management for second time in year. First visit here last fall, visit fine. Second time, this spring, rip-off prices! They made a point not to tell the customer until after they drained the oil or post them anywhere in the office as in most jiffy lubes ! go elsewhere!

I have changed my oil at this Duke Street location once before because our regular mechanic was too busy to get to it. I found the Jiffy Lube people very nice and the service fast. Recently I came back to have a headlight replaced, as I see on the website that they also do things besides change oil. Robert checked me in, great customer service. I was in and out, headlight all fixed. I will def be back. Thanks! A+

Took my older car in about a month ago for an oil change. First time here as we recently moved to the area. The car already had a very slow oil leak, about a half quart since the previous oil change. After this one, it lost a quart in a month! Went back and explained this to them, they took a look and agreed the technician should have replaced the crush washer under the drain plug. I fully expected an argument, or at least to pay for a new drain plug, but they fixed me up and sent me on my way, no charge! So perhaps not perfect service the first time in, but they made it right, and that is worth a lot to me. I will be back.

Very professional and clean place. Staff was very friendly and not pushy. Don’t like doing reviews... but this one deserves one.

I’ve been getting my oil change and other things.not once have they told me my Wipers were worn, or as a Courtesy tell me my brakes and rotors were worn didn’t mention the crack seals yet you’re under my car every 3000miles
